2. Acceptance of Terms

• Create only one Account per person. Multiple Accounts are strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple Accounts belonging to the same individual, all Accounts will be suspended and funds may be forfeited.
• Keep your username and password confidential and secure. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, including unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.
• Not share your Account with any other person or allow any other person to access your Account or use your login credentials.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

rp123 accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI, as well as e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10,000. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified Accounts, though unverified Accounts may be subject to temporary deposit limits of Rp 1,000,000 pending KYC completion.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension.

4.2 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of available Account balances at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before withdrawals can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits unless alternative arrangements are approved by rp123.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 15 minutes during business hours (09:00-21:00 WIB, Monday to Sunday). Withdrawals requested outside business hours will be processed the following morning.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the specified validity period. Failure to complete Wagering Requirements before expiry will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Different game types contribute differently toward Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise specified: Slots contribute 100%, Live Casino games contribute 10-20%, Sports Betting contributions vary by odds (typically bets with odds below 1.50 do not contribute), and some games may be entirely excluded from Wagering Requirements.
• Maximum bet limits apply while a bonus is active. Exceeding the maximum bet amount (typically Rp 50,000 per spin/bet for slots and Rp 500,000 for sports bets) will void the bonus and associated winnings.
• rp123 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New Players registering with rp123 are typically eligible for a Welcome Bonus of 100% up to Rp 1,000,000 on their first deposit. The Welcome Bonus is subject to a 20x Wagering Requirement on the combined bonus and deposit amount, must be used within 30 days of being credited, and requires a minimum deposit of Rp 50,000.

5.3 Cashback Offers

rp123 offers weekly cashback to eligible Players based on their net losses during the cashback period. Cashback rates range from 5% to 15% depending on VIP level. Cashback is calculated on net losses only (total deposits minus total withdrawals during the period) and is subject to a 10x Wagering Requirement before withdrawal.
